I’m Kristen.

I’m the Founder of Monday People. I’m also a great listener and a problem solver. Someone you can come to with any issue or question and you know you will have a captive audience and a straight-forward but considered answer.

I began my career in media sales in magazines and digital in Melbourne. I then transitioned over to fashion and PR recruitment, as I found exceptional joy in connecting with candidates helping them on their career path and ultimately finding them their next opportunity.

In a bid to combine these two industries that I had become passionate about (media sales and recruitment), I launched a specialised media recruitment agency in 2012. A love for helping people mixed with a passion to drive business results, led to a long period of time consulting with a number of clients across marketing, media, sales, PR and communications. Always with the aim to help them grow, move forward or make positive change. 

During this time I also became a Mum to my two kids, a rewarding and exceptionally challenging role! But one that defined me as a person and drove me in my new direction.

I have also most recently consulted for a communications agency across their rebrand and launch, and led a team as General Manager at a Tech Recruitment Agency. And now I want to focus on helping people create their won businesses and a guide and support system. So I created Monday People. 

I have almost 17 years experience in sales, strategy, recruitment, people management, marketing, small business ownership and management and an unbelievable drive to help others achieve and succeed.

And now I want to apply this to help you. I want to work with you on your business and navigate where you need to go and how to get there. And hopefully I can provide the experience and skills that you need right now, to make your business exactly what you want it to be.
